DATA - LINK
Have you heard of this scheme?
Data-Link is a simple and excellent idea, but could prove crucial in an emergency.

The pack contains a small plastic container and three labels. There is a form for you to fill in giving details of illnesses, essential medication taken, contact details of doctor and next of kin. This form is placed inside the container. Put the container in the `fridge. (one of the safest places in the event of a fire.)
Stick one label on the inside of your front door, one on the plastic container and one on the outside of the `fridge. Police and emergency personnel will quickly and effectively be able to provide the right help.
Data-Link kits are available from Neighbourhood watch (I still have a few ).they were available at the doctor`s surgery.
